I reached out expecting some help, but the whole experience was just frustrating. One person made it seem like they could assist me, then nothing really happened, and I kept getting passed around or left waiting. In the end, I didn’t get the help I needed, and the customer service felt disappointing.

I sprayed it on hoping it would really slow down the rust, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. It went on fine, but the rust still came through more than I expected.

I tried booking an appointment on krown.com it was way more annoying than I expected.

The site kept sending me in circles, and some time slots looked open but then somehow weren’t actually available?? I ended up stopping and starting over a couple times because I couldn’t tell what was going on.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was just frustrating. I eventually gave up and called instead.

The service just felt solid to me. Nothing seemed off or sketchy, and I kind of got the sense right away that I could trust them. Overall, I’d say it was a straightforward and honest experience...

The service itself was fine and the protection seems to be doing its job, but my car dripped oil for days afterward and left a mess on the driveway. It felt like something that could’ve been avoided with a little more cleanup before handing the car back

I stopped by Krown and the actual service seemed okay overall. Nothing major went wrong, but I’ll be honest, I’m always a little skeptical with customer service until I see how things actually go, so I was paying attention. The staff was fine, just not exactly the kind of experience that makes you feel totally reassured.
The shop itself could definitely be cleaner though. The waiting area looked a bit messy and the floors had dirt around, which made the whole place feel kind of neglected. I know cars come in dirty and it’s probably a busy spot, but it still didn’t feel very comfortable. I’d probably go back if I needed to, but I’d hope they tidy things up a bit more

They did a good job explaining everything in a way that was easy to follow, which I appreciated because I get confused quickly with this kind of stuff. Whenever I had questions, they got back to me and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. One part took a little longer than I expected, but I was probably being a bit impatient too. Overall, it was a good experience.

The tech was rude and rushed me through everything. I mean, not everything, but it really felt like they just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.

I’ve been to more than one krown location, the experience didn’t feel consistent at all. One place seemed organized and helpful, while another felt like I was getting a totally different level of service. It’s frustrating because you expect the same standard wherever you go, and instead I felt like I wasted time and energy trying to figure out which location was actually worth dealing with. I’d only recommend posting or going based on your own experience with a specific location.

I had an issue and reached out about the warranty, they got back to me faster than I expected. They followed up, took care of it, and had it fixed quickly. I was kind of bracing for a long back-and-forth, like these things sometimes turn into, but it was actually easy...

I’ve been bringing my truck to Krown every year, and it’s been worth it. The winters around here are hard on vehicles, but the underneath still looks really clean with hardly any rust showing. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with too. It’s nothing fancy, but it does the job and that’s what I like about it.

The prices felt high for what was offered. I walked away feeling like I paid more than the experience was really worth 😬

I took my car to Krown and, to be fair, they did a solid job. They got into the doors, underneath, and all those little spots I was worried they might rush past. I don’t have a ton of patience for places that do a half-job, so I was glad they seemed to actually take their time with it.

The only thing that bugged me was the dripping afterward. I knew some of that was expected, but it was a bit more than I felt like dealing with. Still, the work itself seems good, and overall I’m happy with it.

The nearest Krown location is just too far from where I live, so I ended up driving all the way across town. By the time I got there, it didn’t feel worth the hassle. It also had that kind of no-real-person-there feeling, which made the whole thing a bit more frustrating. I really wish they had more locations nearby because this was just annoying.

I went to Krown it was a decent experience overall. I did end up waiting a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but that happens when places get busy, right? Once they actually got started, the service was quick and the staff were fine to deal with. They got me out without much hassle. I’d go back again, just probably try to avoid peak times.
